The Estrella River Bridge on River Grove Drive in Whitley Gardens, California, was saved and restored in 2020 thanks to its role in the 1982 cult car crash film, “The Junkman.” Visiting the bridge was well worth the short detour east of Paso Roblesduring a drive from the San Francisco Bay Area to Los Angeles.
